This is a non-smoking country house. (Ash trays are provided on the patio outside.)
Booking - A non refundable deposit of £50 per guest is required to secure accommodation. Bookings are made subject to our cancellation policy - please see below. Payments may be made by debit or credit card- phone 01983 730010 or by cheque made payable to The Hermitage.
Cancellation - Cancellations notified less than 48 hours before arrival are subject to full charge. Cancellations more than 48 hours before arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee on the full cost of the holiday. No discounts or refunds will be given for meals not taken or for early departure.
Arrival - Your accommodation is available from 2pm on the day of arrival until 11am on day of departure. Guests may arrive before 2pm but their rooms may not be ready. Payment is required in full on arrival. No discounts or refunds will be given for meals not taken or for early departure.
